The Residence Life Team

If you need support settling into halls or adjusting to university life in Leeds, the Residence Life (Res Life) team can help. They are here to look after your welfare and support you whilst you're living in your accommodation. 
 
Whether you're having problems with flatmates, finding it hard to adjust to your new setting or just want to meet a friendly face for a chat the team are available for you. The Res Life team provide in person support at Arena Village, Carnegie Village, and Marsden House, with a member of our team being on site between 11am to 4pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. To guarantee an appointment, it’s best to book on the accommodation portal.
 
The Res Life team offer a range of events throughout your stay in halls, including cultural, health & wellbeing, and skills development. The aim is for you to feel prepared for halls life, to feel settled in your new accommodation, supported during your stay, and empowered when it’s time to move on. The team are available to provide information & advice and have good links with university services, so if you're not sure where to go for help then they can point you towards the best team to support you. They all have experience of university life and understand what it's like to adjust to life in a new place. 
 
You will most likely meet the team at your check-in weekend or soon after you move in. The team are keen to meet as many students as possible, so get in touch using the details below and we will be happy to help.
